Robert Rittereiser has extensive experience as an executive, director and trustee primarily in the Financial Services Industry. In addition to serving as CEO at EF Hutton, a Trustee of the DBL Liquidating Trust, Nationar, a bank services company, and most recently, Gruntal Financial Inc, his responsibilities at Merrill Lynch & Co where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer included Regional Sales Director, Global Operations and Systems, Corporate Strategic Planning, Exchange Floor Trading Operations and Government Relations.

In addition to several corporate boards, he has served on Security Industry Boards and Committees including the National Clearing Corp, the NASD owned corporation that merged with the New York Clearing Corporation to form The National Security Clearing Corporation where he served as a Founding Director and subsequently as Chairman. His other industry memberships include The Depository Trust Company as Director, The Chicago Board of Options Exchange as Director, Vice Chairman of the Security Industry Association and member of its Operations Committee, and as a Governor of The NASD and member of its National Business Conduct Committee. Mr. Rittereiser was appointed and served as Trustee of the DBL Liquidating Trust, a public trust formed to manage the assets and liabilities of Drexel Burnham Lambert and related entities. The trust was successfully concluded in April 1996.

Mr. Rittereiser is also a principal in 3DRS Advisors, Inc., a security and risk management consulting firm. He is also chairman of Zhi Verden inc. a supply chain information services company and Steel City Re, a specialized risk management advisory company.

During his most recent corporate directorship at Interchange Financial Services (Nasdaq –IFCJ), a bank holding company Mr. Rittereiser chaired the Corporate Planning Committee and served on the Executive and Compensation Committees of the Board. The Company was sold to TD North in January 2007.

In October 2005 he joined Centurion Holdings LLC, a New York based Financial and Management Advisory concern, as a Special Consultant. In that role he led or assisted in the review and assessment of over fifty companies based primarily in the security and Intelligence fields. This activity led to the formation of 3DRS Advisors, Inc.

His most recent activities include compliance related consulting for financial institutions and advisor to the audit committee of a NYSE listed company.
He is the author of “Margin Regulations and Practices”, a text book published by Prentice Hall in 1970.
